Supported Employment is a program that benefits both developmentally disabled adults in the community and local businesses. Our "work crews" of 2-6 adults can drastically reduce the costs of employee turnover, wages, benefits, your employer's taxes, unemployment insurance and workmen's compensation while continuing to meet your ever-changing production needs and quality standards.
Our service fee can be deducted as a business expense...and you can eliminate all of the usual employer related costs:
